The following are a series of photos taken on a walk up the hill to Langley Wood and beyond, towards my destination of the bridge across the Midland Main Line to watch trains. The weather started out promising but eventually took a turn rather incompatible with a camera.

The first photo shows the view in the opposite direction to which I was going, facing the village.
