Apparently the Intel PRO/Wireless driver installer is either installing or uninstalling the drivers, or possibly both:

I suppose I should be glad that it’s at least doing something, even if I can’t tell what. (Of course, the big white rectangle in the window leaves me suspicious that even that much is true.)
