Novatek Microelectronics Corp. is a fabless Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturer. Historically, they provided various chips designed for input peripherals, including microcontroller-based keyboard encoders.

NT6868 could be related to UMC’s UM6868. Presently no keyboards are known to have been encountered with any of these chips.
NT68P81-D01012 through D01014 as factory-programmed one-time-programmable (OTP) options does not seem to make sense!
