The photos below are archived from eBay listing 143147191218 “Vintage Clare Pendar ASCII Keyboard for Apple 1 Computer Terminal IBM ? Intel ?” from seller the_vintage_gear_guys; the original listing has since been deleted by eBay. It is a chassis with S820-10 switches from 1971 and 1972, of what appears to be the original design of S820 switch.

The PCB is unbranded; the only discernible branding is on the switches themselves, which are labelled “CLARE/PENDAR”.
