Unidentified keypad

The following keypad was found at a radio rally in July 2015. All eighteen switches are Cherry MX1A-11GW, and none of them have their factory-installed LEDs wired up. The plate is ferromagnetic, with some form of highly-reflective plating.

The keycaps are Devlin Q Series (…), with engraved legends.

The keycaps have since been traded with a member of the keyboard community, possibly Nuum. A number of switches have since been removed, but the rest still remain.
