Alps SKFM/SKFN Series

Overview
SKFM and SKFN are series of keyboard switches from Alps Electric. No formal documentation has been found for either series; SKFM was identified from a keyboard with model KFFMBB0034, while SKFNAA is a confirmed part that is or was stocked surplus but never seen. With the switches in KFFMBB0034 appearing to be linear, that would suggest that the tactile types fall under SKFN, but this is not proven.
These switches were nicknamed “Alps common mount low profile” originally, followed by “Alps octagonal” on account of the unusual shape of the shell.
