Notes
These are from official Cherry Mikroschalter boxes (dated 1985–1986), with in most or all cases the last two characters corrected to NN. Although marked M91, the contacts are visibly M94 style. They are all factory lubricated. Some appear to have plating on the stationary contact terminal.
