This is actually two keyboards: a plate-mounted B3G-S keyboard for just the function keys (containing all the logic circuitry), plus a vase spring membrane keyboard with its own PCB for the remainder of the keyboard, each with separate part numbers! (The B5G part number is for the controller/B3G PCB, and the B5Y part number is for the vase spring PCB.)

PCB code 3: TW2147

The smaller chips are marked 941405, which for Mitsubishi indicates a year ending 9. This cannot be 1979 and is unlikely to be 1999, so 1989 is presently assumed. That would make the controller IC two years older if it really is from 1987
