In Case of Failure Break Glass

“In case of failure” was the idea of former workmate Rhys Little; I was hoping PhAtfiSh would render it in 3D Studio Max, but failing that I decided to have a bash at it myself. Didn’t turn out too badly either. The image is all my own work including the photography. The amazing part is that a Google image search for “in case of failure break glass” returns no prior examples. That must be a first.
