Notes
These look like they would be from calculators, but they are confirmed from keyboards such as the Elektronika CM 1402 keyboard.The upper housing is the slider, and the keycap fits directly on and has the same cross section. There appears to be some kind of rubber seal inside between the keycap and slider. The keycap can be prised off with a knife, and in the case of these specific ones, the clear cover over the legend insert can also be removed with a knife.
