NCR reed keyboard

The pictures below show an unidentified NCR keyboard built using reed switches. NCR is assumed for two reasons: this is a candidate for the origin of NCR’s custom keycap mount, and the part number 189-1003212 being in the same format as other NCR keyboards. The PCB label also bears the number “M01-5-399” and what seems to read “T/N1167”. There is no manufacturer identification present and the corresponding NCR unit has not been identified.
