This is a Unitek K-260, possibly made by Dytcom. The switches are “Taiwan Jet Axis”, yellow, probably linear. The Signetics controller IC appears to be dated week 14 of 1991. The PCB is marked “DYTCOM 910308 K256 REV.5”; K-256 is a different model.
The full-size label photograph on PicClick does not exist, due to predictable software failure. The label shows model K-260, FCC ID DKW67MK-256, and a smudged serial number.
The photos are archived from PicClick and came from an already-deleted eBay auction listing 232225038953 “IBM PC AT/XT clicky UNITEK K-260 mechanical keyboard Cherry yellow switches clon” from seller htlbcrf in Russia.
