Personal Audio Display Device 2294
Personal Audio Display Device 2294 is a Star Trek movie era–themed classic Winamp skin. It is not my own work; it was available at one stage on the Winamp skins site and has since disappeared, along with many other classic skins. I presume the original name was Personal Audio Display Device 2293 (the setting for Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country) and that I incremented the year by one.
I no longer possess the original zip file with the documentation and thus cannot identify the original author. Over time, I have made various modifications to it – hence the name change – including:
- Corrected the length of the transport bar thumb
- Fixed the spelling (and kerning) of “equilizer”
- Star Trek–style time digits (breaks at -100:00 due to overlap)
